NOTICE OF RISK

I the undersigned do hereby understand, acknowledge, and agree that using the Bounce House and/or Inflatable Slide (with all associated equipment) contains the inherent risk that could lead to permanent, catastrophic injury, death, and/or property damage. These risks may include but are not limited to: falls or collisions with other participants or objects as well as injuries caused by the negligence of the leasee, inexperience, or the negligence or inexperience of others. I acknowledge that the possibility of serious injury does exist.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Understanding and agreeing to the above, I hereby agree to assume for myself or my minor child or any other individual using the equipment that I am leasing, all the risks involved.

EQUIPMENT CLEANING

The Equipment leased to me will be returned clean. I will spray off equipment before it is picked up or returned. (Some grass is okay to be in the unit). I will remove and drain the pool liner completely when finished with my lease. I will not deflate the unit while the pool remains attached and full of water. Excessively dirty or wet equipment including but not limited to mud may result in a $100.00 cleaning fee. Any equipment picked up by the Company with water remaining inside the unit will be subject to a $100.00 drainage and cleaning fee.

LEASING TIMEFRAME

Equipment leased will be returned on time in accordance with our agreement. The equipment is often leased daily. Failure to return on time will be subject to a fee. The fee will include the loss of income from the next lease and compensation to the customer who did not receive their order in a timely manner.

RELEASE FROM LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to use the Bounce House/Inflatable Slide/Equipment from Always Bouncin, LLC: I hereby agree not to sue, and to release, always bouncin, LLC. from any and all liability, related to any past, present, or future, injury, property loss or damage, or any claim otherwise related to my, my child’s, or anyone allowed to use the equipment, regardless of any minor or gross negligence, or improper conduct on the part of these leasee.

I further agree to indemnify and defend the same, from any claim or liability related to my, my child’s, or anyone allowed to use the equipment, regardless of any negligence.

LEASE AGREEMENT

I, the undersigned, am solely responsible for the equipment leased to me. I agree that any equipment lost, broken, stolen, or damaged in any way or manner at any time, while signed out, leased, or loaned to me, for or in my name will be immediately paid for in cash or with a credit card at full replacement cost, as soon as the item(s) is lost, broken, stolen, or damaged. As a sign of good faith, I hereby promise to take care of all leased equipment and use it only in a manner consistent with what it was intended for. I promise to return all equipment in good and similar condition.

PHOTO & MEDIA RELEASE

I, the undersigned, hereby grant Always Bouncin’ LLC permission to use any photographs, videos, or other media depicting the Company’s rental equipment that are shared with the Company, taken by the Company, or publicly posted and associated with the Company’s rentals. This includes, but is not limited to, use on the Company’s social media profiles, website, marketing materials, advertisements, and other business-related assets. I understand that no compensation will be provided for such use, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished media or its use.

INCLEMENT WEATHER RISK

I, the undersigned, agree that in the event of winds that exceed 15-20 MPH, I will deflate the bounce house, and unplug electricity to the unit. In the event of heavy rain, snow, or wind, I agree to have all participants vacate the unit. Because of the electrical hazard with power and water, I shall unplug the blower and extension cord and place them in a covered area out of the weather and the unit will need to be picked up by Always Bouncin, LLC staff. In the event of inclement weather during your lease time period. The undersigned will receive a refund based on the number of hours left of your lease time x the average hourly rate minus the non-refundable $65.00 booking fee.
Example: (Your lease is $200.00 and you have the unit 5 hours of the 8-hour lease and it starts to rain. $65.00 would be held non-refundable. Then the hourly average of the remainder of $135.00 divided by 8. $16.88 p/hour times 3 hours remaining =$50.63 in refund)

WHITE WEDDING BOUNCE HOUSE/ALL BOUNCE HOUSES

I, the undersigned, agree that the following items are prohibited from being on/in the white wedding bounce house or any of the other bounce houses. No shoes, no glitter, no confetti, no sharp objects, pockets need to be emptied, no paint, no pets, no silly string, no food, no drinks, no gum, and no jewelry. Always Bouncin, LLC staff will be responsible for delivery, set up, sanitization, and take down of this unit.

SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

I, the undersigned, agree that adult supervision is required at all times. Never leave the Inflatable unattended or unwatched. Most Inflatables allow 2-4 persons or a 500 pound limit on the Inflatable at a time. Climbing on the outside of the units, flipping, diving, back flips, roughhousing, horseplay, bouncing, and/or hanging against walls or nets are strictly prohibited. Deflate the inflatable in the event of high winds or inclement weather. The Inflatable should not be operated in winds in excess of 15-20 mph. The Inflatable should not be used in heavy rain, snow, or lightning conditions.
